Please reserve your room as soon as possible. A deposit of $50 per person will be required at the time of booking.

If you do not purchase trip insurance, 100% of your room payment is due by December 4th, 2026.

If trip insurance is purchased, 50% of your room payment is due by December 4th, 2026 and the other 50% is due April 9th, 2027.

After December 4th, unbooked rooms in our block will be released back to the resort.

Our room block offers all‑inclusive rates, which are priced per room, based on occupancy, and include unlimited food and beverages. A 3‑night minimum stay is required for the wedding block. If you would like to extend your trip, you can add additional days before or after the wedding for the same rate. We will be there June 21-27!

Please note:

• Airport transportation is only included when rooms are booked through our wedding website link.

• Children are not permitted in swim‑up rooms.

• Any room labeled “deluxe” has been recently renovated and is located closer to the wedding venue.

Our favorite airline, United, offers convenient nonstop flights from IAH, DEN, LAX, and SFO to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), making travel easy for friends and family joining us from across the country!

Shared round‑trip transportation between the airport and the resort is included in the room rate and will be coordinated through Destination Weddings. Private transfers are also available for an additional fee. As we get closer to the travel date, you’ll receive a link to submit your flight details so your transportation can be arranged.
